Caprioska Cocktail Recepie

A very simple cocktail made with only three ingredients – lime, vodka and sugar..

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Lime cut into 4 slices
• 50ml Vodka
• 1 Teaspoon Castor sugar or Sugar Syrup

METHOD

• Place slices of lime in acocktail shaker with Vodka & Sugar syrup.
• Crush the ingredients together,then add Ice cubes and shake well.
• Pour shaker contents in a small glass and enjoy the drink.
